United Property Tax Consultants has been successful in lowering property taxes since 1989.

William R. Franklin is the President of United Property Tax Consultants. He has been appealing and winning appeals in Maryland since 1989.  Bill has been a resident of Maryland for many years.  He is a graduate of William & Mary and UCLA. He is also a former Naval Officer.  Bill has extensive experience in the Real Estate Arena, with experience as both a Real Estate and Mortgage Broker.
